pkg/docker: Update dockerfiles for 1.35.0
Remove Ruby 3.2 and add 3.4
Remove Golang 1.22 and 1.23, and add 1.24 and 1.25
Just use the main 1.35.0 tag as we aren't going to have a packaging one.
